SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT CONSEPT

Technical Support (TS):

Technical support includes assistance by Peak Porter in case of a malfunction within the customer system forming the subject matter of the contract via telephone and remote maintenance access within the service time agreed upon in the contract.

On-Call Availability (OC):

In case problem resolution is not possible via telephone or remote access, the RM technician is not present (outside the agreed RM times) and a technical intervention by Peak Porter is necessary on site, Peak Porter will immediately provide for such an intervention after a respective written consent by the customer. The On-Call Availability of Technicians Service is recommended during the warranty period as faults can be rectified more quickly due to the larger number of CSS technicians available and the contractually assured response time for the customer.

Preventive Maintenance (PM):

In addition to the Inspection, Preventive Maintenance includes measures required for preserving the nominal condition of the system. Preventive Maintenance is carried out by the Peak Porter using experienced technicians.

Sparepart Package (SP):

The spare parts package is be quoted and supplied by Peak Porter with a value that is be defined during the project phase, is contain important spare and wear parts necessary for carrying out maintenance and repair measures.
The aim of an efficient spare and wear parts stock management is to minimize down times of the system.
Hence, the most important spare and wear parts are to be kept in stock on site. This especially refers to spare and wear parts with long delivery times.

Resident Maintenance Personel (RM):

Peak Porter recruites and trains RM technicians enabling them to carry out maintenance and repair works of a logistics system autonomously. These RM technicians have received training in the field of mechatronics for ensuring the continuous quality and availability of the logistic plant and corrective and routine maintenance and error resolution on first level .
